hello hello! this is chloe, the creator of death of a rabbit. nice to e-meet you : ) i wanted to make the first post to introduce what the publication is and will be ♡

i created this publication as a way to marry my love of music and poetry. both intricate and vulnerable art forms, the two can almost always intertwine with one another. i hope to give poets and songwriters alike a platform to open up about the sensitive undertones of their works and showcase parts of their souls.

this publication will consist of interviews, concert photography, and different series that tackle all sides of lyricism. the first series, track dissection, is what it says it is: a songwriter will present every side of a song, from the emotional contexts to demos to lyric annotations. each will be unique to the writer and what they want to present but all will show us the inner workings of what a once fleeting thought turned into a full blown release looks like.
